By using mentix.my you accept these terms. The site is provided for information and to let you contact us. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, submit the enquiry form automatically or in bulk, or use it to send anyone unlawful or abusive content.

Sending the form starts a conversation, nothing more. It does not create a contract, oblige us to take on your project, or oblige you to engage us. Any work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides, which will set out scope, price, timeline and ownership.

Timelines and ranges mentioned on this site are indications based on past work, not quotes or commitments.

We treat the contents of your enquiry as confidential and use it only to evaluate and respond to it. We will not share your idea with third parties outside the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

That said, a web form is not the place for your most sensitive material. Send enough for us to understand the problem, and keep detailed specifications, credentials and commercially sensitive documents until we have an NDA in place. We are happy to sign one; just ask.

We work with multiple clients and cannot agree not to work in a similar field. Nothing in an enquiry restricts us from developing similar general expertise, though we will not use your confidential information to do it.

The content, design, code and branding of this site belong to Mentix Sdn Bhd. Mongjee, Quotqoo and Crmqoo are our own products and their names and branding belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

You keep everything you send us. Describing your idea in the enquiry form transfers nothing to us.

For client projects, ownership of what we build is dealt with in the project agreement. Our normal position is that all source code, infrastructure and intellectual property transfer to you on final payment.

We keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as is, without warranty that it will always be available or error-free. Figures shown about our own products are accurate at the time of writing and may change as those products change.

Links to other websites, including our own products, are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

To the extent Malaysian law allows, Mentix Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability for project work is dealt with in the relevant project agreement, not here.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
