[ 1. ACCEPTANCE ]
By accessing or using the services provided by MENTIX SDN BHD ("Mentix"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or access our platforms.
[ 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ]
All software, code, designs, and innovations developed under the Mentix banner—including but not limited to Mongjee and Quotqoo—are the exclusive property of MENTIX SDN BHD. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of our architecture is strictly prohibited.
[ 3. USE OF SERVICES ]
As a Venture Studio, Mentix builds and scales digital platforms. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided "as-is." Mentix reserves the right to modify or terminate access to internal lab tools or project interfaces at any time without notice.
[ 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ]
MENTIX SDN BHD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our platforms. Each venture under the Mentix umbrella may have its own specific Terms of Use which govern user-end transactions.
[ 5. GOVERNING LAW ]
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
